Dr. Ajay Kumar Pandey is an accomplished marketing and business strategy professional with over two decades of combined experience in industry and academia. An alumnus of IIM Indore and a trained civil engineer, he has held leadership roles across prominent organizations including Inox Wind Limited, L&T, and NHPC, working extensively in Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, and PPP advisory.
During his 18-year industry tenure, Dr. Pandey engaged with various governmental bodies across India and South Asia to drive sustainable development initiatives. His strategic insights led him to represent India on behalf of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in bilateral meetings with Nepal’s Prime Minister in 2012 and 2013.
Transitioning to academia in 2020, he has since taught at esteemed institutions such as the Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), IMT Ghaziabad, and NIT Allahabad. He also worked as an Associate Professor at FORE School of Management, where he continued to blend practical industry insight with scholarly rigor.
A recipient of several accolades, including the Best Presenter Award in NHPC Vision Series (2008), Dr. Pandey has also earned multiple scholarships throughout his academic journey. He is the co-founder of Change I Network (CIN), a New Delhi-based NGO committed to empowering underprivileged communities through sustainable interventions.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Pandey has been instrumental in conducting management development programs (MDPs) aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness in the logistics sector, collaborating with companies like DP World, Allcargo, Safexpress, and Patanjali Parivahan.

Dr. Antarpreet Singh is a seasoned global leader with 33 years in telecom and 7 years in management education. He has held C Suite roles at Lucent AT&T, Alcatel Lucent (Asia Pacific Head of Alcatel Lucent University), Fujitsu, Tellabs, and as Chief Learning Officer & SVP at Reliance Jio. In academia, he built ISB Hyderabad’s digital campus and led FORE School of Management’s Executive Education and Digital Innovation. Currently, he’s Director–Academics (Executive Education) at Global University Systems (India). A BE (Hons), MBA Gold Medallist, and PhD (IIM Indore), he specializes in AI powered HRM, Digital Transformation, Strategic AI & Innovation, and Digital Leadership, and is guest faculty at IIM Lucknow, MDI Gurgaon, and others.

Dr. Manipadma Datta is a seasoned finance academic with over four decades of global teaching, research, and advisory experience. He began his career at the University of Calcutta and rose to become Vice-Chancellor at TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi, a premier institution for sustainable development. He has served as an advisor to the World Bank and IFC in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Guyana, and taught in Poland, Belgium, Thailand, and Switzerland. A PhD from the University of Calcutta, he is an FCS and GCPCL graduate from Harvard Business School. With 70+ research papers, five books, and several successful PhD scholars, he currently teaches at NTPC School of Business and ASCI, Hyderabad.

Dr. P  K  Biswas is a seasoned B School leader and institution-builder with over 40 years of experience. He has served as Dean, Director, or Vice Chancellor at prestigious institutions including IIFM, LBSIM, IFMR, IMT Ghaziabad, Skyline University, and Jagran Lakecity University. A published author and consultant, Dr. Biswas has conducted research and training worldwide and mentored everyone from senior government officers (IAS, IFS) to CEOs. Ever curious, he enjoys engaging with young professionals to stay attuned to the rapidly evolving business landscape.
His deep knowledge spans areas of strategic management, organizational development, leadership development, and higher education administration.

Dr. Rajat Panwar is a Professor of Responsible and Sustainable Business Management at Oregon State University, USA. An interdisciplinary scholar, he holds dual doctorates—a Ph.D. in Forestry and a DBA in Sustainability and Strategy. His research focuses on the intersection of business, climate change, biodiversity conservation, and the bioeconomy. Dr. Panwar serves as Deputy Editor of the journal Business & Society and sits on editorial boards of several leading journals. He is a lead author for the Intergovernmental Platform for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) and the U.S. National Nature Assessment. A globally engaged educator, he has taught across five continents, i.e. Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America and is President-Elect of the International Association for Business and Society.

Dr. S. Chandrasekhar is a distinguished academic, technologist, and entrepreneur with nearly five decades of multifaceted experience spanning academia, research, and industry. Currently serving as Senior Professor of Digital Business & Analytics at Jagdish Sheth School of Management and Advisor & Professor at the School of Science & Technology, VijayBhoomi University, he is renowned for his contributions to predictive analytics, risk management, computer vision, and text mining.
A former senior official at prestigious institutions including ISRO, TIFR, NRSA, IIM Lucknow (where he also served as Member Secretary to the Board), and Director at FORE School of Management, Dr. Chandrasekhar brings a rare blend of academic depth and practical expertise.
He holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, and a Ph.D. in Quantitative & Information Systems from the University of Georgia, USA. As co-founder of IntellectAILabs, he leads the development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for the legal sector, including one of India’s few LLM products trained on native legal data with multilingual capabilities.
Dr. Chandrasekhar holds two patents in AI-driven financial analytics, has published extensively in top-tier forums, and is a recipient of several national awards. He is a Fellow of the IETE and the Institution of Engineers, committed to bridging AI innovation with real-world, ethical, and scalable solutions.

Dr. Satyendra  Kishore is Professor of Management at ICFAI University, Ranchi, and Visiting Professor at IIM Ranchi, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. He previously served as Executive Director of the Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Coal India Ltd.’s premier L&D center. Beginning his career in 1992 as a behavioral sciences faculty member at CIL, he brought over 25 years of corporate HR leadership to the role, after earlier research and teaching stints at JNU and IIT Delhi. Dr. Kishore is the author of multiple books, articles, and management case studies on contemporary organizational issues.

Prof. Vinay Dutta is a distinguished finance academic and former banker with over four decades of diverse experience in banking, corporate sectors, academia, and executive training. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he transitioned from leadership roles at Bank of India, Corporation Bank, and IndusInd Bank to an impactful academic career. For more than two decades, he served as a senior finance professor at FORE School of Management. After his superannuation in April 2022, he was appointed as a senior consultant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where he led initiatives on social audit standards and ESG roundtables for CFOs and Independent Directors of India’s top 1000 listed companies.
Prof. Dutta continues to teach as visiting faculty at IIFT, IIM Rohtak, Great Lakes, and GRMI, and has led over 450 MDPs for executives. His teaching and research interests include financial markets, bank management, wealth management, and corporate sustainability. He is a member of the Academic Council of GRMI and part of the Risk Task Force by FICCI-GMRI. He is the recipient of the Dewang Mehta Business School Award for Best Teacher in Financial Management and was felicitated with the “Bharat Vikas Award” for outstanding performance in the field of finance and risk management by the Institute of Self Reliance, Bhubaneswar.
